  1. The student’s registration in the institution is considered as an expression of willingness to abide by all the rules and regulations in force in the technical institute as also declared in the application form by the student. Every student therefore is committed to the observances of these rules and those will be made by the management during the course of study.
  2. Important notices are posted on the notice board of the institute. It is the responsibility of the students to read and respond immediately.
  3. Keep the rules of the language lab or computer lab, and library and cooperate with those in change for effective functioning.
  4. It is the responsibility of the student to treat institute property with care and to keep the building and the campus neat and clean
  5. Congregating at the entrance of the institute gate, and sitting on the steps of the staircase, would create a bad impression and, therefore it is to be avoided.
  6. Every trainee should have a copy of the diary, without which he will not be admitted to the class.
  7. Every trainee must be punctual for class.  Late comers can enter their class room only with the permission of the GI/Principal.
  8. A trainee who absents himself for ten or more days without proper permission will have his name struck off the rolls.
  9. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of home work, and disrespect towards instructors and members of staff, bad moral influence, unsatisfactory conduct in or out of the training centre or habitual unsatisfactory work, justify dismissal of a trainee without any notice.
  10. The training centre cannot be held liable for personal injury to a trainee or for any damage to or loss of articles like books, instruments, tools, cloths etc. of the trainees.
    The trainees must take care of their own belongings.
  11. Trainees are not allowed to meet visitors or to leave the training centre premises during training hours without the permission of the principal.
  12. Parents are requested not to contact teachers of the training centre, during class hours. Parents who seek any information should approach the office.
  13. No newspapers, periodicals or books other than school books may be brought to the training centre.
  14. Trainees are strictly forbidden from taking part in strikes, political or other organizations likely to result in violence or cause communal disturbance.
  15. Trainees who absent themselves without prior permission for any term test, must meet the principal with their parents before they enter their class the next day.
  16. Only those who have secured 80% and above of the total attendance are eligible to appear for All India Trade Test. (Medical and other leaves will not be counted)
  17. All documents once submitted, will not be returned until the course is over and dues are cleared.  Those who discontinue their training for any reason whatsoever, should pay the fees prescribed in the prospectus for the completion of their course.
  18. Trainees are strictly forbidden to use moble(cell) phones.
  19. Every trainee should wear the prescribed uniform at the training centre.
  20. The dress code of the students should be modest, neat and dignified.
  21. No students will be enrolled or allowed to attend any class until the fees due from him/her have been paid.
  22. Students are not allowed to enter the staff room without permission.

Admission Rules

  1. Application for admission is available in the technical institute office or web site. Registration of an application does not guarantee admission.
  2. It is the duty of the applicant to check the selection list and the date of interview.
  3. If an applicant is favorably considered, an intimation call will be made to the applicant announcing the date for an interview with the Principal. All selections are provisional and are subject to confirmation after the personal interview with the Principal and scrutiny of certificates.
  4. Admission to the technical institute is made in accordance with the directives of the N.C.V.T & the directives of Technical Commission, Bangalore Province. However, the right to deny an admission to the technical institute rests with the Principal.
  5. Any candidate who is found to have secured admission by false representation, will be sent away forthwith and she/he shall forfeit whatever fess she/he has remitted.
  6. At the time of interview the applicant should produce the following documents in original.
    1. SSLC Certificate
    2. Transfer Certificate
    3. Conduct Certificate
    4. 15 passport size photo
  7. Immediately after the interview, the candidate, if selected, will be enrolled forthwith on payment of the fees and the verification of the certificates.
